Class 2E have been writing poetry this week, thinking about the five senses. They wrote a poem with the pattern 'I like the ..... of ....' (Sound, Taste, Look, Feel, Smell) The children really got into this and tried really hard to think of some good vocabulary to describe the different things they liked. They were also challenged to try to introduce some alliteration into the poem. Most of them achieved this very well.
In addition to this and our maths work on multiplication and division, the children have been practising their lines and songs for the Christmas Show. It has been a busy and tiring week.
Apologies for the absence of photos this week - my ipad has disappeared. We are working on either finding or replacing it.
